Dr. Savannah Burrus is the owner of Innovate PT, a private practice in Greensboro, NC. Savannah is a native and current resident of Greensboro. Sports and fitness were a huge part of her life growing up, which led to her choosing PT as a career path. After less than a year in a traditional rehab setting, Savannah started practicing in urology to learn more about treating complex pelvic floor diagnoses. Then at the start of 2023, she trusted in her faith and started her own practice in order to better serve her clients with quality, patient-centered, holistic care.
Savannah has a passion for helping active individuals continue doing what they love after injury or childbirth. She utilizes hands-on therapies including cupping and dry needling, in conjunction with movement-based therapy to provide the best results for her clients. When she is not in the clinic, you can find her lifting weights, cuddling her two pups (Dakota and Tobias) or spending time with her husband, David.
