A Christian postpartum doula assists with you and your family in adjusting in this new stage in life during the first days and weeks after you deliver or as soon as you deliver at request (On-Call support will require an additional fee). Your Christian postpartum doula provides an open space for you to debrief your birth experience. Additionally, your doula will provide evidence-based information, emotional and physical support to allow you to focus on healing and adjusting to your new role/s.
